Smoothie From Mango, Banana and Oat Grass

Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
2 ripe bananas
1-2 tsp oat stalks powder
fresh basil

 




Preparation:
Peel the mangoes and bananas. Cut into pieces. Put in a blender with a little filtered water added and blended to a homogeneous mixture. Add some basil leaves and oat grass and blend briefly. You can replace oat stalks with wheat or barley stalks.
