Warming Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

4 sweet apples
filtered water
ginger root
vanilla pod
cinnamon powdered
cardamom
nutmeg
allspice

 

Preparation:

Cut apples into pieces and clean them from seeds. Boil them with filtered water vapor. Place in the blender jar cooked apples, spices and the water from boiling. Blend all for about 60-90 seconds until a smooth mixture. Leave the smoothie slightly to cool to take better the aroma of the spices. Serve in suitable glasses.
