Smoothie With Bananas, Dates And Barely Stalks

Ingredients:

4 very ripe bananas
3 fresh datesmedzhuul
1 teaspoon barley stalks powder
50 ml water

 

 

Preparation:

Peel the bananas and remove the pits from the dates. Place in blender jar the pitted dates, peeled bananas, water, 1 teaspoon of barley stalks powder. Blend everything for 60 seconds.
Your smoothie with banana, dates and barley stalks is ready!
