Ingredients:
1 part arugula
½ part garden salad
½ cooked steamed beets
3-4 walnuts pre-soaked for 12 hours
a handful of alfalfa sprouts
juice of half a lime
Preparation:
Wash well arugula and garden salad. Mix them in a bowl or a plate. Add boiled steamed and diced beetroot and broken walnuts.
Sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts.
Season with freshly squeezed lime juice.
