Ingredients:
Quantity for 20 breads
100 g amaranth flour
100 g buckwheat flour
300 geinkorn flour
300 g beetroot
200 gcabbage
Spices:
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp fenugreek
½ tsp savory
Optionally, you can add:
1-2 g Himalayan salt
2 tsp brown sugar
Preparation:
Mix all kinds of flour, dry ingredients and spices.
Grate vegetables on fine grater manually or with food processor. Add them to the mixture.
Mix very well so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add water.
Knead until you get a dough.
Shape the dough into small breads and place them in a pan on baking paper.
Bake the breads for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Breads of einkorn are ready!
Tip: If you cannot find amaranth flour, you can prepare it yourself by blending amaranth in the blender.
We recommend einkorn to be blended with mill immediately before preparing the mixture. Thus, the quality and taste are much better.
