Ingredients:
Quantity for 20 breads
1 kg einkorn flour
1.5 flat teaspoon baking soda
Optionally, you can add:
1-2 g Himalayan salt
2 tsp brown sugar
Spices:
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp asafetida
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients: 1 kg einkorn flour, 1.5 tsp equal baking soda and optionally: 1-2 g. Himalayan salt, 2 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp asafetida.
Mix ingredients well and add water. Knead until you get a dough. Shape the dough into small breads and place them in a pan on baking paper. Bake the breads for 30-40 minutes at 220-240 degrees. Einkorn breads are ready!
