Cheesy Dip

Ingredients:
300-400 g cauliflower
30 gcashew
¼ cup nutritional yeast
½ tsp turmeric
Himalayan salt
asafetida (optional)

 


Preparation:
Soak cashew overnight or at least for 3-4 hours, then wash well. Boil the cauliflower on steam for 10-15 minutes. Blend the cooked cauliflower, cashew and nutritional yeast to a fine homogeneous mixture, add salt and turmeric, you can optionally add a little asafetida. The combination of the flavors of cashews and nutritional yeast gives a flavor similar to that of a cheese. If you want the dip to be white, do not add turmeric.
