Ingredients:
2 ripe persimmons
1/3 vanilla pod
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 grains of cardamom
Preparation:
Cut the persimmons into large cubes and put in a blender along with the spices. Blend to a fine homogeneous mixture. Pour the pudding into bowls for cream or silicone molds. Serve chilled.
