Ingredients:

2 potatoes
3-4 carrots
100 g. dried peppers
300 g. cleaned broccoli
50 g. celery
½ bunch parsley
1 tsp lemon
1/2 tsp salted water
Preliminary preparation:
Wash dried peppers and soak in water to cover them.
We recommend that you prepare them the night before.
Preparation:
In a cooker place the grid for steam and pour water to reach the level of the grid.
Once the water boils, place the vegetables on the grid in the following order: potatoes, carrots, after five minutes and celery. Cooking the broccoli requires 2-3 minutes, therefore put it last.
When the vegetables are ready (well cooked, but not too much), remove the cooker from the heat and let the vegetables in it for another 5 minutes.
Remove the grid and transfer the vegetables into a bowl.
Keep the broth and top up with hot water, so that the liquid is 600 ml. Addthe steamed vegetables and the liquid with the broth in a blender, add parsley, lemon juice, salt water and peppers. Beat at high speed to become smooth, creamy soup.
